parking & kindly staff. location next to torre maura.
The staff was great, very helpful. Decent cont. Breakfast., Hotel was on the bus line that lead to the Metro subway.
We had 2 rooms (a double with one King, and a triple for the kids). The rooms were okay, but the walls needed painting. Both bathroom shower doors were off the tracks, and the shower heads were broken off. The placement of the Air Conditioning unit was directly under the curtains, so it did very little in the way of cooling the room.. On the plus side the curtains had a nice chill.. :)
The new hotel, quiet place, very cozy and clean rooms. very nice staff. good breakfast.
unfortunately far from the city center. especially if you do not know how best to get there.
Good value for the money, nice and clean room, close to the meto by car, free parking, good breakfast.
Breakfast is so poor. The direct connection to main train station Termini is by very slow tram. More than 1 hour. There is other better option to take bus + Metro.
Friendly, clean, convenient if you have a car, very helpful staff
The location was good for us because we did not want to go into Rome. We rented a car and wanted to stay on the outskirts of Rome and travel North after our overnight at the Alba. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was fine and secure parking provided a nice level of comfort.
The only restaurant close by waa horrible and a very big disappointment for our first day in Italy but the hotel was inexpensive and met our needs, though my wife felt it could have been cleaner.
It was safe and away from the center around 15 minutes by car. They have good facilities including private parking.
Staff was helpful. Easy access to city transportation. Room was clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice to have bar in hotel.
30 minute tram ride to Rome. Safe didn't work. TV didn't work.
The parking facility
Its location and poor breakfast
We got a great deal. The room was nice size, clean, staff was friendly and helped as much as they could but did not speak much English (they're Italian, what do you expect?!) Breakfast was free and had the essentials to get you going (sandwiches, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee, espresso).
This hotel is a good distance away from the Roma city centre, but we had a car so it was not that big of a deal. Also, wi-fi is not free as advertised on Booked.net. But it is still very affordable at only 1 euro per hour.
The Spanish blue sky.
The fact that the hotel's staff did not do the minimum effort to speak English.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They attended immediately to our requests. The cleanliness is also of a high standard.
The location. To go into the centre of Rome one has to take a bus, which can get stuck in traffic at certtain times of the day, and then the metro for 13 stops. One has to be prepared to make a journey of approx. 50 minutes to get to the centre of Rome. Also the breakfast was poor. The tables were not laid out and the selection of food was very, very limited. On acouple of occasions when the yogurt ran out the tray was not replenished.
although a little way out of the city, the hotel was very pleasant to stay in, with a pool in the building, and a very nice restaurant opposite.
Very good place. It's far from living blocks. the small garden around hotel is pretty.
the food it is not so tasty like in other cities. Probably all food in Roma are so, hovewer...
